Starting with our rythym section Steve von Richard is our drummer, timekeeper and beer wench, he is into many styles of music and is well versed in the many figures of kama sutra, many of which he utilizes on stage behind the drum kit durng shows. Is not a widely known fact but Steve is credited with finding the first practical "personal "use of a swedish"meat squeezing funnel" TOO TRUE!..........................
Dave -"does this thong make my asslook big"- Mantalbon comes to us from Hartland. His day job includes .."industrial pharmecutical production" you ,make the call.....I still cant figure it out. After serving four years in a minimum security prison for manequin abusers he has joined the community to become a member in good standing of local tavern operators supporters groups all over wisconsin. He plays bass ok too......................

He is a pimento installer a ma bensch's and works part time for a company in milwaukee that installs fish smell in used cars.john has excellent grammar skills...............................
Donny "tario" Schlierhoffer Musterburger is our percussionist, second lead vox and pretty boy of the band..........
Donny has retained all his original adult teeth and is in good standing with the book of the month for readers digest magazine. Donny has aspirations of owning his own traffic cone painting company some day! He likes music

I can only speak for myself here, but my influences started way back whe I was a young un', guys like joey molland, george harrison, jeff lynn, elton john, roy orbison and more modern people like steve perry of journey, joe lynn turner of rainbow,steve tyler,rik emmet of triumph,john bon jovi and many more, bands like BAD FINGER, JOURNEY, TRIUMPH, SUPERTRAMP, THE GREAT BRAD DELP OF BOSTON FAME,
WE SOUND LIKE YOR FAVORITE BAND ON STEROIDS, COKE A COLA AND TOO MANY FLINTSTONE VITAMINS!
We take our favorite old and new tunes and give them fresh aire, rock em up and shoot them full of holes so they breathe...........ya gotta hear our version of ELO'S DO YA" !
"The Great Big" is a collection of 3 of the areas premier musicians,seasoned stage veterans all. With a huge variety of influences, ranging from old rock hits of the 70's to current radio playlist in the new and college rock arenas. All the music has a "great big twist" on it and is sure to bring down the house every time! These guys bring excitement and raw energy to the stage.
Having played most of the larger area venues either together or in seperate prior bands The Great Big will get you rockin and rollin.........dates are being set now, so keep checking here for our coming shows.
