Hello, there!
We're "The Grey Ladies", thusly dubbed after The Grey Lady ghost of the Ravenclaw House, as I'm a Ravenclaw!
In the past year, the band has gone through 6 or 7 random band members, with Anna as the only one sticking it out, so for simplicity's sake, I'm the only band member; when I get around to recording better-quality versions of the songs, I'm planning on asking some friends to record with me.
I don't really have a specific point of view at the moment but I DO want to write a song about Marietta Edgecomb the Sneak at some point.
I'm hoping that most of the songs will be from Ravenclaws' points of view, and I also want to write a song from the POV of the Grey Lady, of *course*.
^.~
Oh, and my songs will contain spoilers from all the books!
So...go read the books!
:D

Books I Recommend...
I'm all for promoting literacy, so I figured I should have a section of this account dedicated to books I love and recommend.
They'll all be rated teen and under unless otherwise specified.
^^-
Anna's Favourites:
*Any and all books by Tamora Pierce, especially the Allana quartet; out of all her books, they're the best, probably because they were originally written as one book for adults before she made them into a quartet for young adults.
*Tithe by Holly Black
*Phantom by Susan Kay ( The original Gaston Leroux is so dreadfully dull and confusing, though I plowed my way through it anyway because I love anything to do with Phantom of the Opera. ^^- )
*Jasper Fforde's Thursday Next books are excellent! In order: The Eyre Affair, Lost in a Good Book, The Well of Lost Plots, and Something Rotten.
*Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials trilogy is fascinating and beautifully written.
*Inkheart and Inkspell by Cornelia Funke are AMAZING! If you haven't read them yet, you're missing out on a LOT!
*The Ultimate Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams. Enough said.
*Anything by Charles de Lint
*The AvAlon books by Shelly Roberts are good for those 10-14 year olds that enjoy fantasy.
*Oh, "The Thief Lord" by Cornelia Funke as well.
*Boy Meets Boy by David Levithan. *Fantabulous* book, just not for the younger 'uns. Teens and up. ^^-
*Princess Nevermore by Dian Curtis Regan
*Many more, to be listed later...
Other Stuff...
Wizard rock has two major goals:
1) We want to encourage young people to read.
2) We want to encourage young people to be involved with music.
Wizard rock is not about self-promotion, fame, or fortune: It's about education and fun.
