Combining the power of scream and the nerdy love of RPG's, The Hack and Slashers are the most ridiculous gimmick band in the history of gimmick bands. Using dice to determine time signatures and experience points to bribe their fans, the Hack and Slashers will continue to carve their way into the hearts of men until all HP's are gone...or until they land a Gig @ GenCon.
Here's what PC's are saying about The Hack and Slashers:
"Gay"
--Bigby, wizard
"Dumb"
--Elminster of Shadowdale, "arch"wizard
"Ridiculous nonsense that reeks of chundered stacks of Tolkien left in the rain"
--Bob Hoskins, rockstar
"What is a man? Is he bound by the color of his skin? The length of his hair? His skill in battle? No; I say a man is bound by the honor of his actions and deeds. No king ever loved a country who knew not its peoples and races like the backs of his hands. And so I wonder, as I write, if Artemis Entreri is a man. I think back on my friends, Wulfgar, Cattie-brie, Bruenor, Steve Buscemi, and I think if my arch-nemesis Artemis Entreri had friends such as I, would he be goodly...such as I? Or would I, without my friends be such as him? These questions I'll never know. But I do know this: The Hack and Slashers suck"
--Drizzt Do'Urden, dark elf
..the foremost Gary Gygaxian band.."
--Pat, The Flaming Fire
"The Hack and Slashers features Alex Atchley along with many dorky RPG-related references in their music. I can't tell if it's a joke, a half-joke, or dead serious, but it's frightening in any case."
--weshotjr.com
"It was good...until you opened your mouth"
--James, friend
"The Hack and Slashers are the greatest local band since the Dooms U.K."
--John Freeman, The Dooms U.K.

Some music at www.hypnotonic.com, sorry, I do not use dice to write music, although the 100 sided dice evaluated out in a song, counting from one to a hundred, like count dracula, on Seaseme Street might be appropriote.
