The Haircuts were formed in Aylesbury in the Summer of 1977 - arguably the town's first Punk Group. The Haircuts' live debut was on December 9th 1977 at Longwick Village Hall - the gig ended in a riot that included two of the three emergency services being called -only the Fire Brigade were not in attendance.
The mayhem was recorded on the track 'Do You Remember L-L-Longwick?' and included on the 1978 compilation 'Aylesbury Goes Flaccid'.
