Most blues feature simple, usually three-chord, progressions and have simple structures that are open to endless improvisations, both lyrical and musical. The Hallelujah Blues Band is a Phoenix, Arizona based band with over 70 years of collective performance experience.
This power trio performs many styles of the blues genre. Most blues music as we know it grew out of an expression of depression however there is nothing depressing about this band. In fact if you listen to the lyrics, they are positive and encouraging. Don’t be mistaken, this band does get down and plays the nitty gritty, feel good blues. Not every song is traditional blues but they are all blues based with some classic rock thrown in. Some of the venues and events The Hallelujah Blues Band has performed at include Skippers Lounge, 26th St. Blues, The American Legion, P.F. Chang's Rock & Roll Marathon, Tempe Town Lake Marina, and the Arizona State Fair.

I have hired this band for the last four years at various events. The Hallelujah
Blues Band has been a very positive influence in the growth and success of our July 4th celebration. This event has grown to over 3000 in attendance largely because of the band’s excellent performance. I plan to use The Hallelujah Blues Band for years to come!
Large events often have their challenges, I have always been pleased with the band's level of professionalism and how they are prepared for the unexpected. I have never had to worry if the band would be on time. I have found them completely dependable and consistent.
I would recommend the Hallelujah Blues Band for any venue!

This is to highly recommend The Hallelujah Blues band. We have used them for several years in our annual Christmas parties. The band has always come through for us and has been a highlight of the party. They are very dependable making sure that they are set up and ready to go so that everything can start on time. They are professional in keeping everyone entertained as well as being helpful in making announcements. The band has also made several suggestions that we have used to improve our party. The Hallelujah Blues Band has been an important part of our festivities and we are looking forward to using them this year and many years into the future.
