Fall of 2004...
First there was Dane, who made demos. Then there was Jason who liked them, so he volunteered to play drums. Then there was Ben who wanted to play bass. Then there were these two brothers who played guitar and keyboard, but they couldn't handle practicing once a week. Then they were gone. Then Ben decided to play guitar. Then there were Spencer and Aurthur. They played bass and keyboard, respectively. Then Ben and Aurthur died and Spencer's bass equipment exploded in a terrible accident. So just the three of us somehow became a functional band on our own. It was kind of like in Return Of The Jedi when they were building that new Death Star, and the Rebels tried to destroy it before it got done, and then the incomplete Death Star started blowing ships up like crazy because it was secretly fully functional. So anyways, Dane, Jason, and Spencer became THE HANDSOME! After just five short months they completed one full length CD in this configuration.
Shortly afterwards, The Handsome aquired a real life bass player, Mr. Cole Neilsen. Even more shortly after that he was replaced by Brady "Boom-Boom" Peterson. Oh yea, and we don't want you to think we are way into replaceing people every five seconds, but recently The Handsome co-founder, Jason, had to leave to pursue his side project/guilty pleasure, which is going to college. Instead we now have Cardon Smith. It's cool though, because he has a purple drumset. The Handsome just finished recording our brand new EP, now available on compact disc and iTunes!
