I have had several massages in my life but never one as good as the massage I received from Pamela. She was fantastic! I have been highly stressed lately, which showed in my musculature, and Pamela found every kink and knot and worked on it gently until it relaxed. She answered all my questions, which showed me she was knowledgeable about the body, but more importantly she seemed to know when to be quiet and when to talk. The atmosphere was wonderful, peaceful and relaxing. Pamela made me feel physically relaxed by the end of the session, but she also helped me realize emotionally that I really deserved to take better care of myself. I have had wonderful massage experiences with Pamela. I had a reiki massage and left relaxed and refreshed. Pam is very knowledgeable about massage techniques and can give massages with many different techniques. I've had Swedish massages, deep tissue massage, hot stones massage, and massage for injury from Pam. Pam has helped my back and neck to heal after over-exertion. I've had lymphatic drainage to get rid of severely swollen ankles. Pam has a very comforting nature that she brings to her massages, making me feel relaxed and allowing me to totally trust her judgment as to what type of massage I need and I have always left my massages feeling must better than before. I would highly recommend Pam to anyone who needs a massage.

The space was dark and quiet, very soothing. The music was beautiful. Pamela's touch and pressure was strong and solid and soothing. The lotion used was fabulous on my skin (and I have itched sometimes with oils)! Pamela was very open to talking or not talking, depending on what felt right. I appreciated her noticing that we had been talking during the massage awhile, and then we were both quiet and it was perfect. I nearly fell asleep. I really, really loved this massage, and I have had many, many massages before, so highly recommend getting one!

Clear communication is essential to a mutually healthy and respectful client/ practitioner relationship. I have established the following policies to clarify expectations, and, to make the best use of our scheduled treatment appointments.
1. Each session begins at the scheduled time, not when you arrive at my office. For example, if your one-hour appointment is scheduled for 2:00 and you arrive at 2:10, the session will end at 3:00 and not 3:10, unless pre-arranged between you and I. I will try to accommodate you if you are only a few minutes tardy and yet my appointments usually have only 15 minutes in-between to give clients their stretches, update charts and change massage bedding.
2. Two hour cancellation fee: At least 2 hours notice is required to cancel; or reschedule an appointment.
I know things happen and we all get busy. Please try to let me know as soon as possible if you will be unable to make your appointment time as I have clients on call waiting to get in on a daily basis .A normal treatment fee of $95.00 will be billed for appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 2 hours notice.
3.If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not phoned, I will assume you have canceled with out notice and you will be billed the $95.00 no show/late fee.
4. Payment is always due at the end at the end of each session. I accept cash, and checks. I do work with Personal Injury Claims ( PIP ) and I will be accepting debit, credit , L&I and billing health insurance soon.
5. If you were working out in the gym, or had a tough dirty day at work please shower before meeting me.
6. I have read and understood the above statement and agree to abide by it. I have been given the opportunity to ask questions and the answers have been discussed to my satisfaction.

Hey Friends, it's me, Flowmotion & the Meltdown Festival.
Just wanted to remind everyone, the festival is coming up in about three weeks or so and tickets are about to go up in price on July 23rd. Now is the time to get your tickets. 30+ bands on three stages, camping on 40 acres next to the river and epic views of glacier capped Whitehorse Mountain from the stage.
