The long term goal for The Hangart space is to be a catalyst for artistic economic sustainability. This will be achieved through live performances, local (as well as non-local) art exhibits, live demonstrations and classes. Even though this is a not-for-profit system there is still rent, utilities and maintenance to be paid for. The easiest way we believe this can be achieved is through a $10 per month membership fee. Benefits to members would include, but not be limited to, the following: reduced entry to shows and a cd-r mix of live performances recorded during the previous month. This way all door money could be given directly to the performing acts. Please feel free to give us any advice you may have. Thanks!
