The Harmed Brothers began in the Summer of 2001 in the rolling hills of North Central Missouri. Over the years singer/songwriter Donnie Vietti has been writing original material and sharing it with audiences throughout the country. Most notably in Missouri, Kansas, Carolina, and Oregon. In the Fall of 2006 he found himself making music with Gator Pit Productions (G.P.P.), which consisted of several musicians including long time friends Zach and Ben Kilmer. Zach and Ben have been playing music since they were young children and been in several bands throughout the years in MO and N.C. Since the three first met the Summer of 2001 they have been playing music together whenever and wherever. After recording a few songs with G.P.P. Donnie decided to head west eventually landing in Oregon where he found himself writing more Americana/Folk minded songs and playing out in Cottage Grove and Eugene, OR. Feeling that he was on to something he then returned to Carolina in the Spring of 2009 to share and hopefully elaborate on the sound he was creating with Zach and Ben once again. They quickly began gigging under the new band name, The Harmed Brothers. Since, they have recorded a six song EP characterized by catchy melodies and feel good lyrics about life, love, and happiness. They are currently playing venues in Western Carolina and in the process of booking what will be their first nationwide tour as The Harmed Brothers.
