About The Heavils

If you are reading this you are in fact interested in our band and that is cool so read on player. The Heavils got a raw deal as we call it in the record industry we signed to Metalblade at the same time as Black Dahlia Murder-Red Chord and Unearth we got lost in the mix of what is popular and got looked over for tours promo and so forth it happens all the time no big deal. The Heavils are not playing shows at this moment.The are in fact on hiatus or until Corey gets out of jail. Leave it up to a bass player to screw up a great thing.They have 2 albums out on Metalblade records. The first album The Heavils got rave reviews and saw the band getting press in RollingStone- Revolver- Guitar World-Guitar Player- and many other publications.This album also had the band working with Steve Albini for 3 tracks. Heavilution the 2nd album was produced by Devin Townsend(Strapping Young Lad) Cheap Trick guitarist Rick Neilsen and his son Miles joined the band on a cover of "Just Got Back". The Heavils have shared the stage with SLAYER.SLIPKNOT.SIX FEET UNDER.RED CHORD.MASTODON.KILLSWITCH ENGAGE .AS I LAY DYING.SOILENT GREEN . MISERY SIGNALS. BURY YOUR DEAD. ON BROKEN WINGS. FEAR FACTORY. COLD.SMILE EMPTY SOUL. SWORN ENEMY MUSHROOMHEAD. STRAPPING YOUNG LAD.3 INCHES OF BLOOD.HED Pe.BLACK DAHLIA MURDER.BLOODHOUND GANG and many more blah blah blah really what it comes down to is The Heavils were the best live band in the world you could never even imagine the intensity of one of these shows. If you in fact ever witnesed one of these legendary performances and got one drop of sweat from Mossy or Brian you could in fact rule the world or perhaps a small country whatever you missed the boat sucker....
