After 7 months of trying to find their way back to the Heavy Metal Lunch Cave, our heroes finally made it back in time to find Dr. Rokker surrounded by empty Natural Light beer cans and singing the blues. Once all the high fives and GOOD beers that were shared, they got Dr. Rokker back to his normal self and they situated in the studio to discuss their favorite debuts of all times. Sorry kids but "Too Fast For Love" WAS NOT on that list!

Randy's guitar solo spot in "Suicide Solution" is taken from the show in Montreal, Quebec on July 28, 1981. "Goodbye To Romance" and "No Bone Movies" are rumored to be taken from the very first Blizzard tour, possibly from Southampton on September 2, 1980. These two tracks feature Bob Daisley and Lee Kerslake.
