REVIEWS: || Another Form Of Relief || "Thehelpmeplease is Jonas Johnsson, who with a name like that, is unsurprisingly Swedish. As is the way of everyone in Sweden these days, he makes indiepop songs. These aren’t mind-blowingly original, but they are pleasant little twee numbers. Take Louise Dyer, a song that repeats the same verse three times over with only one tiny change in the narrative. It doesn’t matter though as it’s still all rather intriguing. And when you’ve got that and such a cumbersome band name, what more do you really need?"
|| What To Wear During An Orange Alert? || "More Swedish treats from one of my favorite labels Series Two Records! thehelpmeplease is Jonas Johnsson, he lives in gothenburg, sweden and studies graphic design. if he could, he would much rather sit in a park or a pub, drinking cheap wine, smoke a couple of cigarettes and maybe pet some bumblebees."
|| Fazer Magazine || "You Still Have Summers is a short album that not a second is wasted and is pure auditory bliss. With its catchy and simple songs, grainy overdubs, and amusing and often absurd lyrics this album will have you shouting out for an encore."
|| It's The Money Shot! || "This song is by another Swedish band that Series Two Records was promoting. It's a pretty simple song about wanting to boink the girl who works at the bookstore. I'm not sure if I can relate to this one, but I really like visiting tiny bookstores in the summer. Do YOU want to boink anyone who works at a bookstore? Please elaborate in the comments."
