The Hensons are a four-piece band. Consisting of George Lucas singing lead vocals, Amit Roy on drums and backing vocals, Chris Girling on guitar and vocals, and Rob "Woosty" Wolstenholme on bass guitar.
Chris and George have now known each other for a good 10 years, however it was only after meeting Amit 5 years later that they formed a band. After uncountable break-up's, name changes, and swapping of instruments the Hensons finally emerged. George originally played bass at the beginning of The Hensons, but desiring more freedom as a frontman and singer, the band recruited a friend in the form of Woosty to takeover bass duties. i was thinking before everyone goes away rent somewere like an actual venue say the ... ok name has gone but one in clapham... can rent the place for free.... as long as we bring like 500 people... but if we did like a massive teen gig thing so there are like 10 bands playing thats only 50 people a band... and yer i reckon it could work something like that... were did you record? x
hey.. nice songs however my fav is mother! Mother is a tooooooone you should record that one!!!!!... you guys coming on 20th to watershed? Btw i want to get us doing another gig together... maybe get that 5th form band or something do get a large epsom crowed... x
hello my friends cheers for the message, will get a gig happenin in kingston with you guys, us and a couple of fucking kick arse bands from the studios we use, if you guys can get a few people down it should be good.
yer is all good in the hood..... Is on the 1st of march.... but we may do one sooner at the Peel cos were impressed with the venue.... Just need to get a crowd who will rock out! what you say to that? x
