The Heshers are a 3-piece band from NJ. They’ve been compared to The Descendents, Cheap Trick, and Weezer. They've earned a reputation for being a great live band with a knack for songwriting.
As a self-contained unit with a solid DIY ethic, their full-length album, “Distance Equals Depth” (LawnDarts Records) was recorded in Jeff’s studio. It built a positive buzz and gotten them local airplay.
Combining the best elements of punk, indie, classic rock & metal, and power-pop, The Heshers fuse it all into tuneful, heavy songs that stick in your brain and your gut.
Unconcerned with chasing the latest trend, The Heshers blaze a path that is truly their own. Great rock shouldn’t be about fashion or having the right haircut.

I'm not sure if everyone is familiar with how much work goes into making a good record ... but. trust me, ITS ALOT!
Everyone involved has to prepare and then perform and the do production- its a pain in the fuckin ass. Not to mention, this is DIY- we're pushing ourselves, still working full time jobs, still rehearsing and playing every show we can get ... we want to be playing full time ASAP ... we believe in what we're doing, and we want you to love our new record as much as we do. "A Lifelong Vendetta" is a labor of true-fuckin love. You have to sincerely believe in what you're doing when nobody else is around, or even knows about what you're doing ...yet.
I say yet because, soon, we want everyone within earshot to hear this record- and stand up and take fucking notice!
"A Lifelong Vendetta" is 8 months in the making- Its about a life spent trying to recapture something ... its about settling scores ... its about feeling awful and awesome and in awe of the world we live in.
