The Hide and Seek Effect originally came together with one common purpose – to write and record one single song. With this goal in mind, Corey, Ross, and Ryan began recording, and they liked what they heard. This led to more writing, more playing, and more music. But even then, something was still missing. They had all marched drumline throughout high school and were pretty close to a really great guy and amazing drummer they knew named Mitch. Mitch came to practice with them and it just fit. The Hide and Seek Effect is ready to take over the music industry.
The full band's first recorded song, Walking For The Door, has inspired their new album, One Day. "One Day" is a twelve song collection including old titles (My Favorite Song, Stranded, Song 68, and Valentine's Day) and new titles (Left A Note, In Your Eyes, Make It Right, and The Call). Hey Mitch. did you know your boss's baby's momma is a booking agent? Y hasnt he helped you?.. You guys should check into the court house square, 123, and Ruby McQuain and play to get your name out. There are producers and agents that go to things like this. Did you send your demos to clubs too? Especially Pitts.
So... I think its time for another fun show. =] I think you guys did AWESOME at Jules. Only thing that can possibly happen is you guys will only get better and better. =] I love you all.
