Sounds Like
Our biggest influence is Big Bad Voo Doo Daddy. We opened for them once here in Boise and had a great time hanging with them after the show.
We really like to have a good time at each show so we play a variety of music styles according to what our crowd is into that night.
High Street started as a jazz quartet and grew into a ten piece band with a five-piece horn section that really hangs it out there at each gig. We tour mostly around the Western US but we have been out to New York City and the caribbean for some gigs as well.
We are into helping our guests have a great time every night we play. We really enjoy the people at the jazz festivals, they are always telling us what a good time this music is. We agree.

Saw you guys at the Special Olympics Global Youth Rally today..You guys seriously rocked the stadium! You crossed over so many generations. I loved you guys. My 9 year old daughter danced her heart out, and my 16 year old son just raved and raved about you!
And to make it even better, I had the distinct honor of sitting beside the Bass Violin Player's Parents! How fun!
