the hiv/aids mix is an ongoing collaborative work by montreal interdisciplinary artist sheena hoszko. the project intends to raise questions surrounding current and past representations of hiv/aids via music. participants are asked to:
1. think of the hiv/aids pandemic
2. choose a song
3. email the song selection to thehivaidsmix@gmail.com
once 10 songs are received a cd compilation will be distributed to each participant. the hiv/aids mix began in 2006 and is currently accepting submissions for mix three and four.
