Or what bounds two architects, two brothers and a singer with Italian roots. Formed in 2000, Soon releases its first album ‘Please Accelerate’ on Funtime Records two years later. Word spreads around, and gradually building up a live reputation they become the darlings of their local scene, playing at the Pukkelpop Festival as a highlight of their first album accomplishments. Their second one ‘Under The Wire’ (2005/Funtime Records) eventually starts under press superlatives but takes its time to get under people’s skin after all. Soon reaches national airplay with two singles and record a videoclip with Nicolas Karakatsanis. They get in the van to The Netherlands and Germany and post their first blog on MySpace. Almost three years - and many guitars- later they’ve copypaisted their analogue and digital inspirations into a new album ‘As of yet’ (2008/Funtime Records). Except from their album title choice consistency, the boys have written songs that sound warmer and summarize their friendship, tastes and arguments.
