The Hoo-Hah Club is managed by eccentric and gender confused Russian Marlene Markova. The club is on its knees and the only thing keeping it going is the money and the room that The Twisted MC’s mother provides at her huge Gothic house, and only on the condition that one of her twin sons, the Twisted MC, has a job.... as the MC. (It might be said he has a slightly suffocating relationship with Mother and although you'll never actually see her, she'll be a powerful presence throughout your evening)
The one thing getting in the Twisted MC's way of being the star he thinks deserves to be at the club, is his twin brother Jonny Du Bois, lead singer with The Hoo-Hah Conspiracy band and drunken roue’ to boot. In fact, he hates him so much he can't bear being the same room with him!
Tarara, is the club’s stage manager. Little is known about her other than that she ran away from the circus and was ‘taken in’ by Marlene. She is very forgetful and has become a general dog's body around the club...
