Anthony DeRoche: Drums: "Ant" is the engine behind the group. A drummer for over 20 years, his playing is what drives the musicians and the dance floor in every performance. Meticulous about the flow of all shows, Anthony's efforts keep the band on track and make every Hootchie show fast, furious, and effortless.
Greg Gonser: Keyboards, Vocals: Greg is a veteran musician who has performed in the New England area for 15 years. His previous band, Living Proof, had an opening stint for The Ziggy Marley Band. Greg also performs as a vocalist for the Boston Pops and the BSO both at Symphony Hall and Tanglewood.
Rob Swalley: Bass, Sax, Vocals: As an accomplished multi-instrumentalist and audio engineer, Rob has been involved in the Boston music scene since the early '90's. After graduating Berklee College of Music in 1990, Rob went on to run local record label, Eastern Front Records for 5 years before founding RadioBoston.com, a local Internet Radio Station. As the newest member of the Hootchies, Rob has jumped in and really made the music his own.
James Hickey: Guitar, Vocals: James is an accomplished guitarist. His ability to duplicate guitar parts exactly as they were done originally has brought his performances great success. As the "straight man" in the group, Jim's humor is priceless. Listen closely to the banter of the group and you'll appreciate the subtleties of this fine musician
