We are a rock trio from A^2, MI. The group was started as two metalheads' experiment in trying REALLY HARD to not play heavy metal. Addition of a solid blues/jazz guitarist-turned-bassist helped to soften the proverbial metal hard-on, reminding us once in a while about things like keys, tone, and this thing called "jamming". Holding in the metalness for purposes of pleasure is certainly Freudian... hold it just a little bit longer - wait for it, wait...waaait...!!!
i really can't help you with the words you heard on this french song. these are more english than french words, and many people in france sing in english too. and sometimes it doesn't mean anything... just for the fun to have english in their songs!!!
