In April of 2005 The Crescent Moon expanded their customer’s beer experience with the opening of the Huber Haus in our former lower level party room. A total renovation resulted in Omaha’s only true German Beer Hall experience, complete with seven German draft biers and an exclusive selection of bottled beers only available at the Huber Haus. All beers are served in their proper glassware including the famous two liter boot. It is a true old world experience where every night is like a trip to Bavaria.
Drinks are served in 1/2 liter (17 ounces), 1 liter (34 ounces) and Das Boot!! The infamous 2 liter Boot (68 ounces) made famous by the movie Beerfest!

Boots No Longer Alowed Taken Out Of the Huber Haus
Only One Boot Shared Per Group and Per Table At A Time
• Rules of the Boot •
1. The BOOT must travel clockwise around the table
2. The BOOT may never touch the table, if you set it down you buy the next boot.
3. The toe of the BOOT must always point away from the drinker, if it doesen't drink again!
4. The BOOT must be "flicked" with your finger before passing it - forget, and drink again!
5. If the BOOT splashes the drinker, drink again!
6. The person that passed the BOOT to the person that finishes it buys the next BOOT.

Boots are only $14.00 to fill, but we hold a credit card as a deposit for the boot. The charge if the boot gets broken is $50.00 or if it is stolen it is a $100.00 fee charged to your credit card.
No, we do not have boots for sale, they are hard to get imported from Germany and can take as much as 4 to 5 months to get here. Due to the move BEERFEST demand has gone way up and so has the price. Plus, people are braking WAY too many Boots for us to have extra's to sell... you want to be able to buy a boot, help us to make sure Boots are not getting broken, no when enough is enough and cut yourself off from the boot, or our staff will. If they keep getting broken we may run out of boots before we get in out next shipment.
