The Houston Lee Project is a collaboration of music and lyrics by Gregg Huston, Keren Lee, and Rob, the drummer. Gregg, a prolific songwriter and guitarist, provides the lyrics and gives emotion to the songs, while Keren Lee, on bass, and Rob, the drummer, hold down the rhythms. Keren saw Gregg at Jozart Studios' open mic one Wednesday, heard his lyrics and music, and decided that a collaboration was the place for his bass. Rob, the drummer, came to another Jozart open mic early in 2006 as a "community drummer" and was quickly recruited by Gregg and Keren to complete the Project.
hey guys just leaving some love how's the music going... i'm still doing open mic in the big city if you guys ever get interested in some new scenery! Peace
Hi Guys,
How are you? I hope all is well!!!
What have you been up to?
Sorry I haven't been in touch for a wee while. I went to Holland on tour and have been busy recovering from a nasty dose of man flu.
Despite being laid up I have recorded many new songs, 4 of which you can hear on my myspace at the moment. I would love to hear what you think.
Peace,
Mark
Hi Guys Thanks a lot for the add. How's life treating you in California? I hope all is well and you are being creative! I really enjoyed hearing your music and I'm a fan of Tragic Beauty in particular. It is tragically beautiful! Thanks so much for taking the time to listen to my songs and for your kind words. I really appreciate it. All the very best in all that you do Mark

Ha, Jay the co-owner of Jozart is my uncle. My one in top eight is his daughter, my cousin Jennifer. I'm down there on Wednesday's often. You guys sound real. Keep it coming.
Big props to the site and your skills. I've seen alot of performers and met a few along the way. (I promote bands and cater concerts when they come to town). Definitely think ya got the looks and the talent. Thanks for the add. You guys should do some shows in the Pittsburgh area! Maybe Mr. Smalls, Chevorlette Amp, or side stage at Star Lake in the near future?!?! I see that you made your way to Cal U tonight. I used to go to school there, and partied at J Coles alot. I wish I could have gone!! I hope the crowd was good to you guys!! We need talented artists back in our area. KUDOS!!!
Hey guys!! Thanks for the request! I really like your music. I see you've been to good old Cal U!! Believe me, I cannot wait to get out of there, only one more year. I love the music!!!
