Kill the Messenger, the outstanding follow-up to The Indicators' critically acclaimed Beauty is a Whore, is available now on Lynn Point Records. This Atlanta quartet bravely explores the territory where the roots-rock stops and the power pop starts.
The Indicators have been called a "defiantly loud and literate unit" by Creative Loafing and "a classic garage band: loud, fast, and often boisterous... with a complex arrangement of musical styles, an ear for unique vocal harmony, and an ensemble of meticulous musicians including two sophisticated guitarists" by Evilsponge. The Indicators are currently working on their next album to be titled Not Long Til Dark and will return to the live arena soon.
I miss seeing the Indicators. I'd like to try to see you when I'm not obliterated sometime, too. If it's even possible to watch the Indicators without having too much alcohol. It may be like PB & J's. You can't have one without the other.
