The Industry Standard were previously known as 11 Reasons, starting at the age of 11 they were gigging all round the North-west and had written and recorded their own CD called ‘Follow Me’ in late 2006.
11 Reasons started to write new music with a new sound and decided to change their name to ‘The Industry Standard’ because they felt the music had changed so greatly that they were a ‘new’ band.
In July 08 Jack annouced he was leaving the band
As of then, The Industry Standard had finished
