The In? started as an EP, recorded in 2003-04 at Firebeard Studio in St. Louis. The EP, IN? was released in March of 2004 and then became a gigging act in July of that year. The band has played almost 100 shows in that time as part of St. Louis' talented local scene.
The music is found in the mix of Americana somewhere between the rock, blues and jazz. This band loves to play music together because the songs are more than just a show but also an expression of self.
The band's diverse lineup has changed over time and has included many solid players from around the St. Louis area. Current members include Nathan Graves (vocals/guitar) who writes the music and lyrics with Chris Wilson on horns, and Joel Shedroff on bass and Brian Sigmund on drums.
