We have assembled inside this ancient and Insane Theatre to propagate our lust for life and flee the swarming wisdom of the streets.
The Insane Theatre is a Doors Tribute band hailing from Grand Rapids, MI. We originally started in Tucson, AZ after gathering the magic and dangerously beautiful energy of the desert. The initial penetration into your wicked culture was born on May 12, 2001. Since then we have grooved mainly in West Michigan where we grew up. We play a wide variety of Doors songs plus some of our own originals. Strong theatrical based performances is a forte of ours as it is with those we emulate. Our shows consist of hard rock, blues, funk, poetry, jazz, pop, costumes, and a whopping dollop of Chaos. We believe that this music and its effects are extremely important to todays society and what is going on in the world.
Let's reinvent the Gods, all the myths of the ages.
