Hi. Just wanted to say that I loved the show at the Garage last night. It was great to see you guys perform again and not even the racket at the other end of the room could distract from your music. Wonderful.
I have been listening to your playlist every day for a few months now. I cannot get enough of your music. I love it! It's so amazing! It's so different! Very unique to what there is out nowadays.
Keep up the amazing work! Love your music so much! I can't believe I didn't find your music sooner!
Hey guys! Prince is playing at La Cigale in Paris tonight and it'll be you in November wow!!! I so much wish I could join there but I'm afraid I'm too broke and busy :( What a shame... I'm sure this will have great impact on The Irrepressibles'future... lol
thank you SO much for accepting the friend request... i was only recently introduced to your music by a friend of mine, but i'm absolutely bowled away by it, and in love with it... i can't get enough! i really hope you enjoy my songs as well, and that you're having a wonderful week xx
Hi Jamie, thanks for the add ! Funny, but at this very moment I'm listening to your EP :-) I hope to see you very soon again. You guys are amazing !!! All the best !! Kris
Hello Irrepressibles, How was Brussels? My friend met you friday-evening late on La Grand Place. The Venezuelan guy (greetings from him!). Friday-morning we met two girls from your group at a cash machine in Brussels. Greetings!
It was a wonderful evening with a ma-gni-fi-cent performance! If any of the bands, who played @ Feeërieën, might give body to the festival it should be The Irrepressibles. Your music just fits the idea of the festival: lovely, somewhat fairy-like tunes with a great performance and choreography. The instruments, the voice, the surroundings... Perfect!
Yes I enjoyed it for sure and I'm waiting for you to come back, with some cd's ;-) Anyway, lovely you all came to see us for a couple of minutes. I hope you had a lovely night.
I'd like to thank you for the mesmerising concert you gave in Gothenburg last Saturday - quite stunning visually, as well as musically. I wanted to tell Jamie in person when we were smoking outside the church afterwards, but It's hard to find words after such a breath-taking performance.
Hey. Since you seem to actually check on your myspace page yourself(/ves), I felt like giving you some feedback on your gig in Haldern last thursday. I can't deny that I was a little freaked out when you came on stage, your outfits had a really strange effect on me (I'm more of a t-shirt and jeans type of person, you see, and I wasn't exactly sober, either). Over time it developed a very special atmosphere, though, and it was also a good thing that you displayed a certain sense of humour in between songs (at some little points Jamies behaviour was pretty hilarious, actually). I didn't have such ambigiuous feelings about your music, though, which was simply fucking amazing and perfectly performed. Jamie's voice is a monster and the whole band sounded great, too. I could use all kinds of superlatives here, but I'll keep it short. I was blown away. Period. Good luck with producing your album, I hope everything works out so it can hit the shelves sometime soon. Anything else would be a shame!
You're performance on the lake at Latitude was one of the most beautiful and haunting performances I have ever seen. A memory that will stay etched in my mind for a long time. Inspiring! Karen xxx
Hello there, First of all, thank you for adding me to 'the list'. I have heard of you just recently from people who also saw your performance for the first time this year. Apparently you've been around for years. The question is, how did you manage to keep such a genious a secret?? Beautiful, unusual, NEW. You are the ones of those very few proving that music is an art, not a money making philosophy. Amazing music and a stunning performance. Best regards, kat
