Get to know JANELLE RYAN, a music video director on the rise....... At 20 years old, I made an abrupt decision to leave Somerville, Massachusetts behind and do the big city thang in Brooklyn, New York. Needless to say, I not only stuck to my guns and packed my moving van, but I actually thrived out here. I'm not saying it was all peachy keen. I've certainly had my share of terrible experiences, but New York City, or as I like to call it: Hollyhood, has certainly been good to me overall. I've laughed. I've cried. And met so many interesting (and crazy) people along the way. I've worked grave yard shifts at dead end jobs, went days without eating or sleeping, and literally walked miles through this concrete jungle of a city to get where I am today. I have truly blossomed into a promising young woman, with success on the horizon. I recently made my music video directorial debut in New York City, and am currently in the process of developing my music video production company. So stay tuned!
