About me:
I am a biology student who once had grand dreams of being a writer. I will be graduating next year at the age of 156-years-old, and so hope to live until 191 so that my kids are not stuck with my school loans.
This site was started two years ago with the purpose of promoting my satire website www.thejimgalaxy.com, but school did not allow me to keep up the pace of writing one story a day. (You can still read old stories on the blog section of this site.)
That brings me to the present, and a new plan. I wrote a screenplay three years ago called LEAVE THE BROTHER ALONE. I sent it to agents, and actually did elicit some interest, but in the end it was rejected because it was two genres (romantic comedy and fantasy/satire) -- and I was too stubborn to change the story into something else.
Therefore, at this point, why not post the goddamn thing in serialized form on Myspace? Each installment will be posted on the blog section of this site, and be announced on the bulletin board and also on the comments section of certain "friends." To those well versed in the screenplay format, I apologize for not being able to transfer the Final Draft version onto the blog, as I was forced to compromise with a Word document· But, hey, it still reads like a good story.

Any Hollywood-connected person who would be interested in my next screenplay called I AM PETE ROSE, or, better, the one already done, the aforementioned LEAVE THE BROTHER ALONE.
