So, just to clear things up, Sealab187 is the name of a house member's old apartment that had a cool backyard. They hosted shows for a good chunk of 2007. Since then parting ways and now them and 9 other kids run operations through John Bosch.
We are all involved in various radical projects. We house 2 distros, In Our Hearts and Longing For A Collapse. Our shows and parties raise money mainly for political prisoners. Around the holidays we had a clothing drive and also collected donations for the Leonard Peltier Toy Drive, raising hundreds of dollars to send them. Through shows we were able to fund Picture This! an all volunteer-run program based out of the 123 Community Center in Bedstuy that provides free photography+writing workshops to kids in the community. We volunteer our time to different projects aimed at improving the community we live in.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT COMING TO SHOWS:
NO GLASS BOTTLES! Do not show up with any glass containers. They are hazardous and messy to clean up when they shatter. We try to provide affordable drinks in non-glass containers for you, so please refrain from bringing any.
