The June Brides were active from 1982 to 1986. During that time we achieved no commercial success whatsoever, but that wasn't really the point. We loved making the music, we loved making and then having the records, and we loved playing the songs live for people. We are thrilled to realise that there are still folks out there who value it.
There have been 3 reunion concerts since 1986 - in 1995, 2003 and 2006. Who knows when the next might be?
Until then, watch out for gigs by Phil Wilson, and for Simon Beesley's band "Municipal".
"No Place Called Home" - live, and spiky!, in 1985.
"Every Conversation" - live 2008.
"In the Rain" - Super 8 video
"I Fall" - live 1986
