The Kaleidoscope Project is a brand new collaboration primarily between singer/songwriter Matthew Gailey, Clifford Koufman on percussion (The Bitter Sweet Trio, Obo Addy), and Dave Iula on guitar.
Other Kaleidoscope musicians include: Clay Giberson keyboards and Synth Bass (Upper Left Trio, Go by Train), Steve Cleveland keyboards and Wurlitzer (Jujuba, Johnny Ward and the Sharkskin Review, The Bitter Sweet Trio, Chata Addy), and Don Corey on electric and upright bass (Jujuba, Cubaneo, Jesse Young and the Night, Flatland).
The band forms an eclectic mix of alt pop and indie jazz sounds with original songs and unique arrangements of covers including Nature Boy, Walking on the Moon, Eleanor Rigby and others.
