We are The Kid Jones.
We formed in 2007 after meeting at college in Sidcup. Pretty soon we realised we all wanted to create an alternative rock sound which was quirky yet had a commercial appeal and could sell to a wide audience. So we took a mix of influences from bands such as Radiohead, Muse and The Beatles and soon discovered our own sound. Playing throughout London with an ever expanding fan base following us, we have developed and achieved a full live sound big enough to fill large venues as well as outside spaces. We have played at some of the best venues in Camden including, The Purple Turtle and Proud as well as playing The Water Rats in Kings Cross and Cafe De Paris.
2009 will see the band release our first EP as well as a LIVE disc demostrating our skill and passion to perform!
