The Killing Gift began in the Spring of 2003 after the unfortunate break up of NJ's The Low End Theory. Their debut full length produced by Matt Squire (Thrice, Northstar, Hot Water Music) is entitled "Who Watches the Watchmen?" and is out on Immigrant Sun Records (Brooklyn, NY) as of July 13th 2004. With a sound that has been compared to Cave In, Quicksand, and Ashes they create a heavy, dark, and moody blend of post hardcore while maintaining a sense of beauty and excitement with female fronted vocals.
