   About King Edward VII, Norwich
The Eddie is a live music venue with a difference. As well as a fantastic bunch of locals it offers an outlet for diversity. This is not your average pub, laid back attitude and a mass of party animals make for a great night out. Heated smoking area out the back, massive garden and bands on every weekend...... So get your butts here and party on dudes

NEW EP LONG BAD DAY¡¡
The STATIC RAIN FANS space

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Static Rain is a 2 piece band from the beautiful Yorkshire town of Keighley. Band members Tony Garthwaite and Jacob Barlow formed the band in 2008, driven by a joint passion for both electronic music and retro synths. The music they produce can be described as electronic pop with catchy choruses and memorable riffs that are prominent in all of their songs, making them popular with a very wide audience.

Following their initial success on MySpace, Static Rain continues to build a solid fan base and a strong reputation as a live act. The band is currently looking for gigs from June 09 onwards throughout the whole of the UK.

Hey guys,
we're really sorry that we never got round to sending u footage of us, we had a really mad time during our recording, in which we lost our drummer.
Sorry bout that.
However we now have a new excellent drummer and our album is now finally finished and now on sale, so we now have 30 second bursts of all our songs on our page.
So we’d really appreciate it if you could let us know what you think of them, with maybe the possibility of a gig.
Cheers :D

Hi hope you new guys manage to build this place up again to where it belongs...it was..and will be a great little rock venue again just dont make the mistake that someone up the road is making by having braindead bouncers on the door upsetting rock music fans...keep up the good work! CALLEN in the east.

tommorow night i'm running this show, usualy that would be a good thing, but after 8 years of doing jugsout, i still haven't learnt. i've got these 5 bands;

clay pigeon - incredible, policical, ska, punk, hip hop, beatbox from east london just get better and better every time they play, if your in norwich you probably saw them on my birthday, very good very good

the skints - dirty sexy ska dub punk again from east london (two bands on tour together), i saw them at strawberry fair they just fucked me up

7 day conspiracy- snuff meets propagandhi from kent, socialy aware songs, technical songmanship, on various artist records which is simon from snuffs label

sammys fatal mistake- ex members of evil macaroni, not very like evil macaroni, more like if good riddance were street punk if your get me, great fast hard show

the tagnuts- these guys call them selves ska punk gimp core, i dunno but i got drunk for two days with the guitarist and i'd says he's ska punk gimp core, from cambridge

anyway you can prob see these guys are not from norwich, and with 3 other shows on in norwich tomorrow night and a party i'm gunna find it hard to pay these guys there petrol. basically i'm asking you to come to the show, it's the lat jugsout show aswell, it's gunna break my fucking heart if it's empty, i hope you can come, it's £3.50 at the queen charlotte on dereham rd norwich, thanks for reading

ollie jugsout
ps please forward this to anyone you know in norwich, cheers x
