Directions:
13 Water Street in Mattapoisett, MA
02739. Take US 195
to exit 19A (Mattapoisett). This is North Street. Go South to the
water. Turn Right. The Inn is right across from the park on your left.
From Rt. 6 East, take a right at the first lights in Mattapoisett (Main
St which tuns into Water street) Inn is on your left.
From Rt. 6 West, take a left at the lights right after the Seahorse on
your right in Mattapoisett (Rt. 195 sighs also at this intersection).
This is North Street. Go South to the water. Turn Right. The Inn is
right across from the park on your left.
The Kinsale Inn features live music in the evenings on Monday, Wednesday,
Thursday, Friday and Saturday with a special jam session on Sunday evenings
featuring local acoustic musicians. The music showcased at the Kinsale
ranges from traditional Celtic to folk to classic rock to blues to jazz to
interesting fusions of some or all of the above! So sing along or just sit
back and enjoy--you can always expect to have fun at the Inn!
Featured performers include popular local acts such as Pumpkin Head Ted, Art
Tebbets and the Jethros; weekly or monthly regulars like the Shananigans and
Mark Small and concerts with well-known acts from nearby and abroad like The
Clancy Legacy and Poor Angus.
The Kinsale is a traditional pub with a full bar and accomplished
bartenders. A well poured pint of Guinness is always available and the Inn
features other great drafts from Sam Adams and local brewery Buzzards Bay.
The FOOD is not to be missed, either. Plan an evening of a great dinner of
local seafood or Irish favorites and then repair to the bar for live music
and a pint!
Built in 1799 The Kinsale Inn formerly, known as the Mattapoisett Inn is the oldest seaside Inn in the nation. The Inn is located in the heart of
Mattapoisett Village, across from the Town Wharf, with a beautiful harbor
view. A local favorite with a small town flavor in a relaxed setting.

Just had to tell you that I finally made it there the other day after hearing such great things and I am so glad I did! The food was fab and the place was soooo fun!!! And that was on a Tuesday can't wait to hang out on the weekend! See ya soon....
