You Are Romanticism
You are likely to see the world as it should be, not as it is.
You prefer to celebrate the great things people do... not the horrors they're capable of.
For you, there is nothing more inspiring than a great hero.
You believe that great art reflects the artist's imagination and true ideals.
Jeff Buckley....this is the last goodbye... Sheila Chandra...the ocean refuses no river....., Buddha Lounge and global sounds and anything that you can dance to- most music fortunately!
Movies
Classic Black-White, Monsoon Wedding, The Bride and the Predjudice....
love, love, kiss, kiss, Ten Canoes -great storytelling.....and Moulin Rouge for its passion, colour, creativity, humour and the inclusion of Toulouse-Lautrec
Television
Well I can't communicate with it yet so it is not much point...too many ads, too much sadness, anger and ugliness-why doesn't someone create the positive TV station- SBS is ok for a bit of passion and variety
Books
The Bridges of Maddison County-short simple love story-don't want to see the movie-, Alain Botton- The Consolations of Philosophy, M Scott Peck for the classic The Road Less Travelled and tonnes of others that inspire The Kiss as it evolves.
Heroes
Anyone who cares to make a difference that is positive in any way. It's not that hard but power and money generally get in the way

The Kiss is about what you give in life
and what you leave behind.
It is about a feeling, a moment,
an experience, a memory.
Creating The Kiss was a natural flow on from my work as a passionate environmental artist. For the past 12 years my artmaking has been inspired by found materials- predominantly the rubbish I find washed up on the shores of Jervis Bay, Australia. I only gather locally and create art that reflects issues of global human behaviour. Although Jervis Bay is reknowned for it's pristine beaches and crystal clear water, just like beaches all over the planet it becomes littered by drifting discards dumped by the waves onto our shores and by local litter due to our high rate of tourism.
The Kiss was conceived in Jervis Bay which to me is just like a kiss, not only from the shape of the bay, but from the loving, caring community and the significance of its indigenous culture.
Special places touch you and give you a feeling that you can't quite put into words. You know you have been "kissed" because you want to experience more. Your senses are awakened creating connections with the environment, others and your self.
Along with the ebb and flow of my environmental artwork, The Kiss seeks to help this connection by providing innovative & thoughtfully designed products & services that make it possible to "love you and love the earth".
Each product sold "kisses" Jervis Bay with a donation to specific local environmental and cultural projects. We are currently involving the community in the Adoption of a Whale with a whale naming project.
I hope you connect with The Kiss xx
Your kissing technique is amazing - and you know it.
You have the confidence to make the first move.
And you always seem to know what kissing style is going to work best.
Sometimes you're passionate, sometimes you're a tease. And you're always amazing!
Your intuition is so spot on it's scary!
You can learn a lot about people and situations, simply by listening to your gut.
And you've even wondered if you can predict the future at times.
Just be sure not to always listen to your intuition... someday it could be wrong!
We are trying to get the forum going so we would appreciate you sharing any thoughts you have on the site, the articles, the designers or ethical fashion as a whole.
We're trying to kick things off by just getting people to introduce themselves. There's also some topics for debate if you want to have a good argument.
Anyway, thanks again for supporting us and joining us on this lovely new adventure!

I worked outside a good portion of Saturday. The weather has been been exceptionally warm. I wanted to have the gardens ready to plant in a few weeks. I hope the faeries come for a visit once I do.:):)
I would like to spend my afternoon with this little sweetheart and her wolf friend. Unfortunately, I have to work. I really resent how work gets in the way of fun, hehehe.
Hello Lovely Kisser! Every now and again I take a peak at your Saving Jervis Bay blog/video. It keeps fresh in my mind the day I demonstrated in Huski...while on vacation, visiting the Verdugos! Thank you so much!
Happy Holidays to you in Vicentia! I still use the fishy keyring souvenir I bought from you...that your daughter made.
Remember, we are all affecting the world every moment, whether we mean to or not. Our actions and states of mind matter, because we're so deeply interconnected with one another. Working on our own consciousness is the most important thing that we are doing at any moment, and being love is the supreme creative act. ~Ram Dass
The glory of friendship is not the outstretched hand, not the kindly smile, not the joy of companionship; it is the spiritual inspiration that comes to one when he discovers that someone believes in him and is willing to trust him with his friendship. ~Ralph Waldo Emerson
I believe in you.... Thank you for believing in me....
It's Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada and I'll be away until Monday. The weather is suppose to be beautiful. I've been busy baking apple and pumpkin pies all evening. I'll share some with you on my return.
Wishing you a beautiful and relaxing weekend with much to be thankful for. :):)
Thank you for your sweet comment! Hope all is well with you. Still using my favorite little fish key chain made by the girls...in Huski! Thank goodness for the love of the Kiss. xo Emily
