Nick Fawcett hails from the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles, Ca where he was born and raised. Musically diverse, Nick went from Jazz to Rock based on his musical influences such as The Beatles, The Knack, The Police, Tom Petty. As a bass player & co-songwriter, Nick had played with 'Authorized Personnel' in the early 80s where the band released their own 45 single titled 'Stuck in the Desert', a collectors item for anyone who may find this rare 45.
Nick, and long time friend and drummer Andy J.G. (also from Authorized Personnel), formed The Pleasure Thieves, which released an album titled 'Simple Escape' for Hollywood Records in 1992.
After the dissemination of The Pleasure Thieves by 1993 Nick then turned his attention to a solo career. This leads us to 'the knickels' which is Nick and his longtime friend and song writing partner Mike Fish (Lyrics). View Nick Fawcett / "The Knickels"'s EPK
Hi, there! Thanks for the request! We're glad to be your friend. We love your music. We'll be checking in regularly for more of your great music!! Please keep in touch.
Thanks for the request, rickenbrother! Unlike the current Rickenbackers available in the market, our basses are difficult to find, is easier to find a new Azureglo, Midnight Blue or a Blue Boy than a new Burgundyglo or white bass...We are lucky indeed!
Hey, Thanks for the birthday wishes Nick. Only two years old but we're gaining lots of experience in such a short amount of time. Its great to hear from you! Have fun yourself and enjoy your weekend, Ken iChannel.fm
