The Knowledge are a four-piece outfit carving their own niche on the London music scene.
Neither wanting nor able to box themselves into any specific genre, their sound cites influences
from a diverse range of artists and bands, but with an emphasis on live beat-driven, guitar based hip-hop.
The sweet tones of their female vocalist, Victoria, are complemented, harmonised and strengthened by the
singing and rapping of their dynamic male vocalist, Darren. Add to this the effects and wizardry of their
guitarist, Will, and the quick-witted, thought-provoking lyrics of their resident rapper 'Kofi 1/11', sewn
together with big beats and melodic basslines and you have a combination that is sure to surprise and please
in equal measure.
