Lasciviousness, failed romance, fur hats, childhood nightmares, the wrecklessness of youth, the fear of growing old, the philosophical glue of Moran, Izzard and Hicks, cobbled streets, candle-lit gardens, dimly-lit bars and glittering nightclubs.
AVAILABLE TO BUY NOW FROM TOUGH LOVE RECORDS..
"...discordant and tense, incorporating angular and disorientating guitar work alongside fiercely passionate vocals...this band play with such furious intent, it would be hard not to sit up and take notice!" (Drowned In Sound)
"...brilliantly trashy guitars allied to a throbbing bass, and a brilliant melancholic sense of vitriol..." (GodIsInTheTv)
"...a driving anthem with a chorus so killer it shouldn't so much be issued with a government health warning as quarantined from the outset and isolated in a government laboratory in case of future outbreak!" (The Gaudie - Just Like Peter Cook demo review)
"Spiky and jagged like a heart monitor recording a cardiac arrest, their live set is taut and charged, fiercely technicolour and also unexpectedly open - Korova's sound is the kind which surrounds you in widescreen and sweeps you along." (Drowned In sound)
Rags & Feathers recently supported a Hawk and a Hacksaw in Glasgow, and rather brilliant they were too. Note perfect folk-pop, kinda like the Handsome Family by way of Fairport Convention.
Ziggy Campbell fronts Edinburgh folktronic popsters FOUND. His solo performances tread a similar path, but the stripped back set-up helps place more emphasis on intimacy and experimentation, helped by his collection of home-made instruments and vintage loop pedals.
Having already recorded and released two albums this year (Apple Tits for Destuction - which has "a 60s vibe", and Dance, which is "mainly all circuit bent instruments and drums"), and with plans for two more (one abstract war concept album, and one straight forward indie), Les Enfant Bastard could just be the most prolific, if not the most diverse, artist in Scotland just now.
@ Stills Gallery (Cockburn Street) 7pm-10pm tickets £4 on the door / cheap beer!
The Declining Winter is a new musical project led by Richard Vincent Adams, co-founder of leftfield musical pioneers Hood - influenced by Low, The Durutti Column and York City FC.
Skip your tea for the magnificent, synth-laden 7VWWVW (aka MAMMAL), and Doogie Paul of James Yorkston and the Athletes upright bass infamy.

You coming?
The Times gave the new Monotonix EP 4 out of 5 stars:
"Already famous for their astonishing all-action live performances, the bassless Israeli hard-rock trio make their recorded debut. The noisy Body Language displays an undeniably appealing pop heart, best caught on the brutally swinging No Metal, the fierce On the Road and the fine title track. Yonatan Gat is a guitar strangler to match anyone, though listeners can only imagine the burning cymbals. "
Hey babe, thanks for your feedback, I told you it works.
Jeannie actually pulled in over $7500 just last month. It is amazing, isnt it? I also made $1700 last week. Did you bookmark the site?
Just in case you forgot, check it at, s a t p o r . b i z , just type the web address in your browser.
I think I would aim for $4,000 over the next 3 weeks. Apparently there is some cheque on the web page that shows how much he did in a week. Talk about earning some serious dough.
Have you told Chrissy yet? I am sure you are glad I told you about it.

Alight Gordon (and the rest of ya I've never met,) my mate from home Kyle is in his final year uni doin media and the likes and for his final project he has to record a live DVD of a band of his choice. After which the DVD is the bands to do what they want with for free from Kyle. He's on my top 8 on my friends list if you wanna see what he's got to say about it. But I told him about you guys and showed him ur stuff u had online and he likeand so put you down as a possible band he could work with. Would you guys be interested in such a thang? He's very good and the DVD would be very flashy. It could involve a little bit of travelling however, but if guys are willing to sort everything out with him and get down to it all then he will prob choose you guys as he hates unorganisedness etc and needs to get this down...his degree depends on it lolz
