------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The legendary Krinkles have honed their crushing glam/power pop aesthetic to perfection. Described by enthusiastic fans as the most eye-popping rock act to come out of Chicago ever, these guys go balls-out to win over fans with their high-energy live show and superbly crafted pop rock. With two critically praised albums to their credit (Three Ringos & Revenge Of The Krinkles), along with ample years of tiring road-work, these four talented young men are always amazing.

Having known each other since they were tiny infants, the Krinkles men share an intense chemistry on and off stage. Having grown up in Detroit Rock City, the guys never had any problems finding great music to hear and play. Lured by the bright lights and beautiful creatures of Chicago, the brave young men made the move some years ago. Inspired by the city’s rich history of great Rock ‘n’ Roll acts, such as Cheap Trick, Material Issue, Smoking Popes etc. The Krinkles were soon formed.

The Krinkle sound relies heavily on the songwriting team of Henry Krinkle (rhythm guitar, vocals) and Dan “The Fox” (lead guitar, vocals), along with the snap-crackle-rock rhythm section of Jerry O (bass) and Matty (drums, vocals). 2007 finally saw the release of their “lost” third CD “3: The Mordorlorff Collection”. Finally, they were able to capture the raw explosive power that The Krinkles legendary live shows are known for.

From the in-your-face excitement of the opening track “Dirty Girl”, the radio-friendly “Stay With Me”, “Gimme Gimme” & “Sweet On You”, to the heart-felt “Blinded By Love” & “Best Friend”. They’ll also get a glimpse into the bands bi-polar side with the uplifting “I Want You”, “Today Is The Day” & “Sweet On You” to the bleak “Listen To The Future” & “R.I.P.”. On top of that “3: The Mordorlorff Collection” is packed with extras which includes a rowdy rollicking rendition of Rick Springfield’s “Love Is Alright Tonite”.

With influences ranging from Badfinger to Raspberries and all rock in-between, The Krinkles have a sound harkening to the glory days of rock ‘n’ roll with crisp vocal harmonies and delicate melody. Yes, The Krinkles legend continues to grow.

Sorry about not being able to take part in the reunion weekend. Scott and I always comment on how much we miss the Krinkles...those crazy shows at Phyllis' with Jer walking the top of the bar. Priceless. Let us know about your next reunion and we'll be ready to open for you! As for WGM - it does, in fact, boast perhaps the most misleading and ill-conceived album cover in history - ok, well Chicago music-scene history anyway...makes us look a bit Prog to say the least.
It was no "Three Ringos" was it?

I'm so beyond geeked that you are doing this album. Calling my wife right now so she can grab the album for me online. Thanks for adding me and thank you, all four of you, for remembering that rock cures call. We had some great times at State, gents. I'm rooting hard for your continued success and continued friendship. Life is good.
