Been into music from birth, for real!! Learnt how to mix on Technics 1210s at about 14. Became renowned in the family for making sick tapes of all sorts, sometimes with only 1 deck [& never a mic]. Started putting out [vinyl] mixes - mainly dancehall with a little hip hop & rnb - on cassettes in 2000. Moved into the digital age in 2002 and made loads of compilations of exclusive remixes I had been working on for about a year & a half. Went on to make some standard compilations, but with my standard heavy dose of ill skits! All the while I didn't have a name for myself, until for a period I was working under the title 'Dark Knight'. Then came the name Danger One.... Provided by my step-fadda who bought a dub-plate from yard under a random name and not that of his sound. The name was Danger One, it was catchy, I wanted it. Used the samples from that along with new software & all the hottest tunes to create new digital mixes stamping my mark across the music scene on the ends. That came about in 2004 which consequently was the birth of G Block Ent. & Danger One 'The Mixtape Champ'. I took to writing bars in [late] September 2005, got a crew together [The G Block Family]. Started spitting in December 2005 at home in 'The Bedroom Studio'. Put out a mixtape consisting of 15 tunes [& 4 skits] on 1st Feb 2006 which blew up the streets way more than could've been expected, considering it was the first time spitting for some of us. Put out the second CD 5 months later on 1st July [a month late] and properly established ourselves as a big name in the game in Oxford. The ball has been rolling and steadily gaining momentum ever since. Check out the Fam's website for full bio and other info.
