About me:

I am a Realtor in Coastal NC, more specifically Wilmington to Camp Lejeune, and I work with Exit Homeplace Realty Associates. I am an Accredited Land Consultant, the only one in my area apecializing in real estate acquisition, development, and site selection. I am also an EcoBroker, trained in energy efficient & green building practices and techniques. I have been in the real estate industry since early 2005 and have continued to imporve my business ever since. I enjoy learning and sharing new ideas, meeting new people, educating consumers about the home buying/selling process, working with builders and developers, helping investors realize their dreams, and making the American Dream possible. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors, the Jacksonville & Topsail Island Associations, Realtors Land Institute, and more. I am an active member of both of my local Boards, serving as 2008 Secretary and 2009 Education Committee Chair for the Topsail Island Association.
