The Last Chance was a straight edge hardcore band based across northern England. The band played their last show @ 'edge day' in Sheffield on 22.05.2004
We recorded a 7" for AM Records and a MCD for Dead & Gone Records which kickstarted that label. A full length was planned but the usual band bullshit scuppered that and the band died on its feet. A final 7" was released called 'Where We Stand'. It has the sound of a band on its way out.
Plenty of good shows and tours will stand out as the highlights and thats what will be remembered for all involved and not the predictably bitter ending. this was our time, i think we made a slight dent. and we're all still holding it down...unlike most of the people in the video below (disclaimer Daveo dropped it!)

The thought has crossed my mind.
Would cost me £300 like and possibly loose a few friends in the process.
Of all the days in the year damn it!
I was wondering if Shaun was going to make a surprise appearance....but no haha
the two that pop into my mind, Slaughterhouse with strike anywhere, being excited that a band was actually playing something like the music id stumbled into. Also, The Kiff. new friends, new places to go, good music.
Firstly the Attik Leicester ( w/ Aim For The Head, Dead Calm, The Legacy)...Ian punching out the glass sign above the stage, and the glass falling into Sheeps head.
Secondly:
I felt it but didnt see wtf it was that landed on me till I saw the picture. Ians face is priceless.
A show that sticks out alot for me was in Ashford with A18 in a top room of some shitty pub, the floor nearly collapsed. I wish I could have been at the last show so much, missed.
I can't believe the Last Chance.

It's video time me thinks.....long live the good times! Happy memories.
As well as the lyrics i think i'm going to get portraits tattooed of you all on my back. Down with that too yeah? ahha......just imagine......
before so called Edge Day i've seen you couple of times and it was actually pretty good. i don't think i've played your record even once back then to be quite honest...
then i went to that fest and the show was amazing. tons of singalongs, kids going nuts and good vibe. gotta mention few crazy dives i did and a scar on my leg which reminds me that i'm too old for that shit.
well, i never play your records Ian but LAST CHANCE will remain as one of the best UK acts i've seen.
well done.
