Formed in the summer of 2004, The Last Redeemed has seen their fair share of ups and downs. Recently going through some major line up changes, God has shown that TLR is not yet finished showing the world that He is sovereign. These five guys truly know what it means to follow Christ and there music tells it all. Yearning to be a light in such a dark generation is what TLR is all about.

hey, since you love metal, are in a band, and are/have been touring around the states (with some pretty amazing bands i must say), then maybe you could answer some things for me?
has your band ever been denied a chance to play at a church because you guys screamed or had tats or piercings or wore shirts with non christian bands on them or anything of the sort?
cuz i went to scream the prayer friday in san diego, my mom took me and one of my friends and her assistant youth pastor who's 23. but he had tats and piercings, and just seemed pretty much what you would see in a regluar band today. great guy though, very sincere about Christ. but a couple days later i heard my mom talking to my uncle, who's the pastor of the biggest church in town, and the rest of the family, they were saying how that's not Christian and that he shouldn't be in ministry with all that. and then my mom told them about scream the prayer and all the bands on it, and of course they flipped out saying they're all conforming to the world, and so are all these other bands on warped, or touring with non Christian bands. and i guess a band from the san diego area wanted to come down here, 2 hours away, and play a show in the church and share their stories. and so my uncle said yeah, but when the church went to their website or something and the guys had shirts from metallica to korn, and their own band shirts had a typical impending doom look to them with the skulls and the whole deal and the members were all inked up and all that you know? so i guess they were told to leave and were pretty upset. so now the church is banning all the stuff they consider "conformed Christian" music and clothing from their place and doing this whole movement to keep that away from everybody.
i guess what i'm asking is that is this normal behavior, as far as you've seen? cuz now i'm getting the Bible shoved down my throat for listening to all this and i'm at risk of having to give up going t

God loves you so much, He has a plan for you, so does the enemy, God offers a plan with hope and love, the enemy offers a plan with pain and suffering. In the end, its totally up to you which road you want to go down. But no matter what road you choose God will still love you no matter what, the enemy will hate you if you don't choose his. Just knowing this, you should know who really cares about you. God does.

Sounds good.
