The Late Parade has spent most of the autumn recording their full-length album in inner-city Copenhagen together with producer Ebbe Frej (EPO-555) whom they have also assisted in building a new studio. Their sound has clearly changed from the previous church recordings as they have descended into the rough cellar studio that once housed a brothel. Still, they do not totally discard the pompous and monumental church atmosphere as parts of the new album have been recorded there, too.
The Late Parade have become more focused and their new album, ”In Chase Of Red Beads”, due to be released in May 2009, mixes sanctity, love and living with peril, passion and chaos.
