"The Late Review - * * * * * 5 stars" - e music
From a small country town called Heathfield, Singer/Songwriter Terry Godden started writing songs in late 2004. With the help of his best friend Alex Bandle they formed an acoustic act witch was the start of things to come.
By 2005 they felt it was time to trade the bongos in for a drum kit and really get to work. Together they worked there way through the years putting together various bands, until finally deciding the best way forward was to take a big step back and they once more became a two piece. After many live shows and a lot of hard work they eventually formed The Late Review.
Since then the two piece have been making quite a name for themselves as a live band around the South East area as well as touring the UK from Brighton right through to Edinburgh.

"Vaulting from the indie ranks, The Late Review’s ambition? to reassert all the style and wit that originally made British pop so dazzling. A spunky and inventive new band with pop suss and art-punk eccentricity. The Late Review have laid down their manifesto for bringing back English pop.A little Blur, A little The Jam. Very English
. "-God Is In The TV
"Impressive, very impressive – at one moment I thought, not another Libertine Indie-skanking mash up, but when those ever growing crescendos come in and the voices become more and more bezerk, well, you feel something change, whether it be electricity in the air or just the sheer presence of this song, it’s impossible to ignore!"-Subba-Cultcha
"Rough edged raucous indie from the post Libs school with some beat music bits and ska touches. Quite pleasing, and thay also dip a toe in Coral type scallydelics..."-Bugbear
"Reviewing The Late Review was no hard effort. Described as "cheeky" , the poppy, bouncy tune is perfect for an indie cindy disco. The lead singer has a lovely voice, which is layered with another equally pleasant sounding voice intermittently. " The Union Society
"The Late Review have a good singer and an excellent tune. There is a beautiful level of simplicity in the music, which makes it great to listen to."-Messamusic
" Late Review retains a strange kind of charm and draws you in to eventually wanting more more more!' The - Mag
