We strive to provide the best music, nicest/cleanest bar, friendly personnel, reasonable drink prices, and an all around good time every Saturday Night.
A little about the history of L:
Since I was first approached over 3 ½ years ago by a lesbian couple to open and run the nicest lesbian bar in the city and/or state, I have tried to serve and make most of the community happy – IMPOSSIBLE! So, we will continue to evolve and adapt to try and meet the needs of the community while remaining in business.
The location is now L only on Saturday Night. Quite simply, there was not enough business as a girl-focused bar on the other nights. Now you only have to go out BIG once a week. This type of “model” for the bar is popular in other cities like Los Angeles and Austin – no reason we can’t hang with them!.
The rumors and stories about the bar are now legion, the majority of which are misunderstandings, fabrications, fairy tales, or complete lies.
