"The Lea Shores are my favourite new band... I saw them supporting the Brian Jonestown Massacre in Stockholm and was hooked straight away. The music is psychedelic and layered... distorted guitars and harmonies but underneath it's almost folk music. They should be big... they're already fucking epic!" Andy Bell (RIDE & OASIS)
Here's a short video of our 100 Club show a few months back cut to our new track "FEAR S.O.S" recently produced by Ben Hillier (Doves/Elbow etc..). For all those who haven't seen us live yet it should give you some idea of the experience! Filmed by Luke Forsythe.
THE LEA SHORES debut album is being played on the NME STEREO. Check it out on page 5 of the NME, 7th June edition.
Since the release of their stunning debut EP 'Butterfly' THE LEA SHORES have supported THE BRIAN JONESTOWN MASSACRE, KASABIAN, and THE DANDY WARHOLS. They have played most of the UK's major festivals including Glastonbury, Wireless and Latitude and recorded an album with top producer BEN HILLIER (Doves/Elbow/Blur etc). ANDY BELL (OASIS/RIDE) has kindly given his support too, DJing at their gigs and spreading the good word.

Northern Star Records are proud to present the third instalment in the now legendary Psychedelica series and just about the greatest psychedelic compilation ever made. I wouldn’t put it out if it was anything less. Psychedelica Three is 2 and a half hours of the most fuzzed up, blissed out bands in existence. Its a heartstopping white knuckle rollercoaster ride featuring an eclectic selection of the very best in contemporary psychedelia. Its available for pre-order right now! Don’t be without it!
